No Limit Holdem Creep To Showdown PDF Print E-mail
When you are playing no limit holdem you need to consider the individual power points for all the starting hands.  No limit holdem is a difficult devil than the limit game.  in limit game there is going to be comparatively less of bluffing and you can play an average game with a basic knowledge of the best starting hands; however, when it comes to no limit holdem you need to know the power point odds for each kind of pocket math you are deciding to play to beat on the bluffs and creep to the showdown.

Undeniably AA, KK, QQ or JJ is a great start in no limit holdem.  Regardless of whether you are getting these hands or even if you have got AA keep your bet to the small ball.  Make all your calls and raises post flop after the flop hits the board.  Time and again it has been repeated that starting hands are only beginning clues to playing.

The cards in the flop are those that should be closely considered to decide on further playing and raising.  If the flop hits favorable with a high face card, say an A thus making you a trip you can be confident; however, if the board is going to read A-KK or A-QQ or A-JJ you need to learn to suspect a probable quad.  Though the probability is going to be less for such dealing, you might not be sure that there was not a better devil there.  Anyone that is going to see a quad is not going to fold, well even if they are going to read a quad remember you are going full house and you can make them fold by high raises and by going aggressive.

Most people that do not have an Ace or face will fold in no limit holdem post flop. And the one that makes the most raises is probably your enemy and regardless of holding aces you need to watch them through; however, if the turn is also going to be K or Q or J thus making the board read trips of whatever rank, since you have an Ace you are in the better end; however, if the opponent holds an card to make the trip to a quad with an Ace then surely you are done because they are reading Ace pair and the face quad, which you can read Ace trips and Jack pair, which is a full house.
